1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the NV 46: Sport Quiz & Glossary mobile application (the "App") and the website nv-46aps.xyz (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The Service is owned and operated by NV 46 ApS, a company registered in Denmark (CVR: 10607701).

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

NV 46 is an educational and entertainment platform designed to provide users with:

• Interactive quizzes on sports rules, history, and tactics (Football and Basketball).
• A glossary of professional sports terminology.
• Personal progress tracking and achievement badges.

3. NO GAMBLING & NO REAL MONEY POLICY

NV 46 ApS strictly prohibits any form of gambling or betting within the App.

• Educational Intent: The App is designed for informational and self-educational purposes only.
• Virtual Points (XP): All experience points (XP), levels, and badges are virtual rewards. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash, prizes, or any items of value.
• No Wagering: The App does not facilitate, promote, or support wagering on the outcome of any real-world sporting events.

4. USER CONDUCT

Users agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Using the App to organize or promote illegal gambling.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape data from the App.
• Impersonating other users to manipulate the Leaderboard.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, including quiz questions, terminology definitions, graphics, logos, and software code, is the exclusive property of NV 46 ApS. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. DATA PRIVACY

We respect your privacy. The App stores game progress and XP locally or via secure cloud-based authentication. Please refer to our Privacy Policy on nv-46aps.xyz for detailed information on how we handle user data.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

NV 46 ApS provides the App on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of all historical sports facts or definitions. To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Aalborg, Denmark.
